§2–213.
Official statutory text
(a) In addition to any license fee otherwise required under this article, an applicant for initial issuance of a manufacturer’s license shall pay to the Executive Director a nonrefundable application fee of $200.
(b) In addition to any license fee otherwise required under this article, an applicant for renewal of a manufacturer’s license shall pay to the Executive Director a renewal fee of $30.
