§18–2705. IN EFFECT
// EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2030 PER CHAPTERS 185 AND 186 OF 2024 //
(a) On or before July 1, 2029, the Commission shall conduct an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Program in attracting new teachers to the profession.
(b) On or before January 1, 2030, the Commission shall report the results of the evaluation to the Governor, and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.
