§9–1617.2.
On or before November 1 each year, beginning in 2024, the Administration shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on the amounts allocated by type of assistance provided under the Water Quality Fund and the Drinking Water Loan Fund to support each type of green and blue infrastructure.
