§13–21A–01.
Official statutory text
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Fund” means the State Brain Injury Trust Fund.
(c) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health.
(d) “Traumatic brain injury” has the meaning established in the policies and procedures adopted by the State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board under § 13–2105 of this title.
