§14–5E–07.
Official statutory text
In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Committee:
(1) Shall:
(i) Develop and recommend to the Board:
1. Regulations to carry out this subtitle; and
2. Any statutory changes that affect the profession; and
(ii) Keep a record of its meetings; and
(2) May:
(i) Provide recommendations regarding the practice of perfusion; and
(ii) Advise the Board on any other matters related to perfusionists.
(1) Shall:
