§1–203.

Official statutory text

(a) This section applies to the following governmental entities:

(1) counties;

(2) municipalities;

(3) bicounty agencies;

(4) county boards of education;

(5) public corporations;

(6) special taxing districts; and

(7) other political subdivisions of the State.

(b) Each governmental entity shall give its employees who return from service in the uniformed services the same reemployment rights as provided for State employees under Title 2, Subtitle 7 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
