§8–1313.
Official statutory text
The appropriate county governing body or its duly designated agency may adopt regulations for use of land or other property acquired under the provisions of this subtitle. A copy of the regulations shall be posted on the land or other property to which they apply. Following their adoption, the regulations shall be published at least 3 times within 60 days, in 1 or more newspapers published in the county in which the land or other property lies. The posting and publication is sufficient notice to every person. The sworn certificate of any member of the appropriate county governing body or its duly designated agency shall be prima facie evidence of the posting and publication.
