§12–822.

Official statutory text

(a) (1) The Board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter, at the times and places that it determines.

(2) The Board may hold special meetings as provided in its regulations.

(b) A member of the Board:

(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
