§31–111.7.

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, an employee of the Somerset County Economic Development Commission who was an employee on June 30, 2011, and who remains an employee through the effective date, shall receive additional service credit for eligibility service and creditable service accrued prior to the effective date that the Somerset County Economic Development Commission began participating in the Employees’ Pension System, as certified by the Somerset County Economic Development Commission.

(b) Additional service credit under subsection (a) of this section shall be awarded only for time for which employee contributions were made to the Board of Trustees prior to the effective date that the Somerset County Economic Development Commission began participating in the Employees’ Pension System.
