§8–308.

Official statutory text

(a) Subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Administration and approved by the Board of Public Works, any land acquired under this subtitle may be used by the transferor of the land in common with the Administration until construction of the transportation project actually begins.

(b) This section does not prevent the Administration, in its discretion, from removing any building or structure from the land. In addition, the transferor may not construct any building or other structure on the land or use the land in any way that will result in the payment of any additional money or damages for the land.
