Acquisition and installation of water supply facilities; borrowing money and issuing notes.

Sec. 20m.

A township board may borrow money and issue notes for money necessary for acquisition and installation by the township of water supply facilities, including water mains and elevated water tanks, which are required of the township by the terms of a water supply contract authorized by section 20 l .
