Miss. Code Ann. § 29-5-112

Official statutory text

(1) There is created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund. The fund shall consist of all funds collected as rental income from the building owned by the system located at 301 North President Street, Jackson, Mississippi.

(2) Monies in the fund shall be used by the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System, upon appropriation of the Legislature, for the repair and maintenance of the Timothy Alan (Tim) Ford Building. At the end of each fiscal year, monies remaining in the fund shall be transferred to the Administrative Expense Account of the system.
