Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.387
Official statutory text
(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 9 located in Webster County, Mississippi, extending from North Lake Circle in Eupora, Mississippi, in a northern direction for approximately one (1) mile to Dump Road in Eupora, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the “CW2 William H. “Bill” Seaborn, Jr. Memorial Highway” in memory of the late CW2 William H. “Bill” Seaborn, Jr., who was the recipient of four (4) military medals and who valiantly sacrificed his life in the Vietnam War.
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
