Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.389
Official statutory text
(1) The section of Mississippi Highway 15 located in Pontotoc County, Mississippi, beginning at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 15 and Mississippi Highway 278 in Pontotoc, Mississippi, and extending approximately one (1) mile south, is designated and shall be known as the “Judge Fred Wicker Memorial Highway” in memory of the late former World War II Army Veteran, Mississippi State Senator and Circuit Court Judge, Thomas Frederick Wicker.
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
