Miss. Code Ann. § 67-1-207

Official statutory text

A plan shall be developed and certified by the commissioner which demonstrates the method by which the state would resume control of the warehouse upon termination of the contract for operations. The plan shall be submitted for review and comment to the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House, the Chairmen of the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee, and the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review.
