41.110. State defense force — organization, discipline, government. — The organization, discipline and government of the Missouri state defense force and the rights and benefits of the members thereof shall be the same as prescribed by this act for the organized Missouri state defense force and for the National Guard and Air National Guard with such general exceptions as the governor, upon the recommendation of the military council, shall authorize.
