9.389. Human Trafficking Awareness Week, week in which the second Tuesday of April falls. — The week in which the second Tuesday of April falls each year is hereby designated as "Human Trafficking Awareness Week". The citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities to promote awareness of human trafficking, victim remedies and services, trafficking prevention, and the history of slavery in our state.
