Liens on aircraft: Statement of amount by claimant
Official statutory text
The lien claimant shall provide the legal owner, within 24 hours after receipt of a written request, with a written statement of the amount of the lien on any aircraft, aircraft equipment or parts if:
1. A notice of the lien has not been filed; and
2. The time for filing the lien has not expired.
