Transfers not testamentary or subject to estate administration; effective with or without consideration

Official statutory text

A transfer resulting from the application of NRS 111.795 is effective by reason of the terms of the account involved and NRS 111.783 to 111.815 , inclusive, and is not testamentary or subject to estate administration. Nonprobate transfers are effective with or without consideration.
