Severability

Official statutory text

The several sections and provisions of NRS 30.010 to 30.160 , inclusive, except NRS 30.030 and 30.040 , are hereby declared independent and severable, and the invalidity, if any, or part or feature thereof shall not affect or render the remainder of such sections invalid or inoperative.
