Plaintiff may prosecute undertaking if execution returned unsatisfied

Official statutory text

If the execution be returned unsatisfied, in whole or in part, the plaintiff may prosecute any undertaking given pursuant to NRS 31.040 or 31.190 , or the plaintiff may proceed as in other cases upon the return of an execution.
