Undertaking may be substituted for deposit

Official statutory text

If the money be deposited, as provided in NRS 31.660 and 31.670 , bail may be given and may justify upon notice at any time before judgment; and on the filing of the undertaking and justification with the clerk the money deposited shall be refunded by such clerk to the defendant.
