Applicability of chapter to order issued by court of another state

Official statutory text

To the extent that any provision of this chapter is inconsistent with the provisions of chapter 130 of NRS regarding the effect, enforcement or modification of an order relating to the support of a child issued by a court other than a court of this state, the provision of this chapter does not apply to the order. The enforcement and any modification of such an order must comply with the provisions of chapter 130 of NRS .
