Disposition of proceeds of foreclosure sale

Official statutory text

Following a foreclosure sale, the court may cause the proceeds of the foreclosure sale to be paid to the persons entitled to it pursuant to NRS 40.462 , and in the meantime may direct it to be deposited in court.
