Conduct of proceedings by county officers; no fees to be charged
Official statutory text
All proceedings under NRS 41.300 to 41.330 , inclusive, shall be conducted by the appropriate county officials, including the district attorney, without cost or expense of any kind to the petitioner or alleged insane person.
