1. Each public institution or agency to which a juvenile court commits a child and each licensing authority of a private institution to which a juvenile court commits a child, including, without limitation, a facility for the detention of children, and each licensing agency shall maintain accurate records of the information concerning an employee collected pursuant to NRS 62B.270 and 62B.275 for the period of the employee's employment with his or her employing institution or agency, including, without limitation: (a) A copy of the fingerprints that were submitted to the Central Repository and a copy of the written authorization that was provided by the employee; (b) Proof that the fingerprints of the employee were submitted to the Central Repository; and (c) Any other documentation of the information collected pursuant to NRS 62B.270 and 62B.275 .

2. The records maintained pursuant to subsection 1 must be: (a) Maintained for the period of the employee's employment with his or her employing institution or agency; and (b) Made available for inspection by the Division of Child and Family Services at any reasonable time, and copies thereof must be furnished to the Division upon request.
