State to share costs of supervision of certain children in special supervision programs

From any legislative appropriation for such purpose and in accordance with the provisions of NRS 62G.400 to 62G.470 , inclusive, the State of Nevada shall share the costs of supervising any delinquent child:
1. Who is supervised pursuant to a special supervision program; and
2. Who would otherwise be committed to a state facility for the detention of children.
