Bylaws: Provisions for unequal voting power
Official statutory text
If the bylaws shall provide for unequal voting power, or unequal property rights of the several members, or both, the provisions of NRS 81.410 to 81.540 , inclusive, with reference to a majority, a two-thirds or other vote of the members, shall not apply, and, in lieu thereof, there shall be substituted a majority of the votes of the interests represented by the several members or otherwise as the case may be.
