Secretary of State required to make filings available to public and post filings on official Internet website
Official statutory text
The Secretary of State shall make available to the public and post on the official Internet website of the Secretary of State the information and financial report filed by each charitable organization pursuant to NRS 82A.100 and 82A.110 .
