Issuance of certificate of registration by Secretary of State
Official statutory text
If the Secretary of State finds that an application for registration conforms to law and all requisite fees have been paid, the Secretary of State shall issue a certificate of registration to transact business in this State and mail it to the person who filed the application or the person’s representative.
