Termination of registration

Official statutory text

The registration of a registered limited-liability partnership is effective until:

1. Its certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to NRS 87.520 ; or

2. The registered limited-liability partnership files with the Secretary of State a notice of withdrawal signed by a managing partner. The notice must be accompanied by a fee of $100.
