Act repealed

Except as affecting existing limited partnerships to the extent set forth in NRS 87A.695 and 88.640 , chapter 60, Laws of Nevada Territory 1862, entitled “An Act to Authorize the Formation of Limited Partnerships,” approved December 19, 1862, is hereby repealed.
