Official statutory text
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 89.200 to 89.270 , inclusive, the fees set forth in NRS 78.755 to 78.785 , inclusive, apply to professional corporations and the fees set forth in NRS 86.561 apply to professional limited-liability companies.
