4:13-k Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day.

Official statutory text

The governor shall annually proclaim February 14 as Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day and shall urge cities and towns throughout the state to observe this day in an appropriate manner in recognition of the thousands of citizens of this state affected by congenital heart defects, nationally the number one birth defect as a cause of infant deaths, and the need for public awareness, research, and support for victims and their families.
