4:9-s Establishing the Bridges House Special Account Fund.

Official statutory text

There is hereby established in the state treasury the bridges house special account fund. The governor is authorized to accept public funds, gifts, grants, donations or any other source of funds, which shall be used for the purposes of the care, maintenance, repair of, and additions to, the bridges house, or for any other relevant purpose deemed appropriate by the bridges house advisory board. The fund shall be non-lapsing and shall be continually appropriated to the department of administrative services.
