12-A:17 Park Land in Town of Rye.

Official statutory text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the state shall not acquire, for the purpose of expanding or establishing any state park, any land in the town of Rye except land designated "tidal marsh" by the national cooperative soil survey unless a public hearing shall have been held in the town of Rye.
