12-G:9 General Authority Power.
Official statutory text
In addition to the powers and duties specifically enumerated in RSA 12-G:7, RSA 12-G:8, and RSA 12-G:42, the authority shall have every power enumerated in the laws of the state granted to the authority, the division, the executive director, the division director, the port authority, or any administrative unit of the authority.
