12-O:11-b Division of Travel and Tourism Budget; Meals and Rooms Tax Revenue.

Official statutory text

The budget of the division of travel and tourism, including the travel and tourism development fund established by RSA 12-O:16, shall be funded at an amount no less than 3.15 percent of the net income identified by RSA 78-A:26, I for the most recently completed fiscal year.
