12-O:44 State Workforce Innovation Board.

Official statutory text

I. There is established a State Workforce Innovation Board within the Office of Workforce Opportunity. II. Membership of the board shall be as set forth in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 as such may be amended, reauthorized, and in effect from time to time. Members of the board shall be appointed by the governor and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. The governor shall select a chairperson for the board from among the members of the board. III. The board shall meet no less frequently than semi-annually, shall have the powers and responsibilities of the state workforce investment board under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
