Official statutory text
As soon as possible after final adjournment of each session of the general court and in any case consistently with the schedule of performance set forth in contracts for printing and binding of the permanent journals of the general court, the state librarian shall prepare and furnish the clerk of each house with a complete index of the journal of his house.
