21-I:30-g Health Risk Appraisal.
Official statutory text
All information contained in a state employee's health risk appraisal as referenced in any collective bargaining agreement shall be considered protected health information and entitled to all of the nondisclosure and other restrictions set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), as amended, and the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R. part 160 and subparts A and E of part 164 ("Privacy Rule").
