24:2-b Vacancy in Membership of Executive Committee.

Official statutory text

If a vacancy occurs in the membership of the executive committee, another member of the county delegation shall be elected to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term by a method to be determined by the county delegation at its first meeting convened according to the provisions of RSA 24:9-a. The method determined by the county delegation for filling the vacancy shall remain in effect until it is changed by a vote of the county delegation.
