6:22 Oath; Bond.
Official statutory text
Before entering upon the duties of their offices, the deputy treasurers shall be sworn and shall be bonded in accordance with RSA 93-B in the amount of $40,000 each with sufficient sureties, conditioned on the faithful discharge of the duties of their offices. The bonds shall be filed and preserved in the office of the secretary of state.
