Establishment of educational programs for plenary retail licensees
Official statutory text
The director may, in the director's discretion, establish initial and supplemental educational programs for plenary retail and limited retail distribution licensees and shall grant a certificate of completion when a licensee satisfactorily completes each program. L.1991,c.9,s.4.
