10. The authority shall prepare and transmit to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), on or before November 1st of each year, a report concerning the impact of the program on job retention in the State. L.1996, c.25, s.10; amended 2004, c.65, s.15; 2010, c.123, s.15.
