Division organization
Official statutory text
The functions of the division shall be administered by the director, under the direction and supervision of the commissioner, within such bureaus as may be necessary. The commissioner shall have authority to create and organize such bureaus as may be appropriate for the efficient and effective administration of this act. The commissioner may designate a deputy director to assist the director and to exercise the duties of the director in event of the absence or disability of the director or of a vacancy in that office.
