"Charter School and Renaissance School Project Facilities Loan Fund" established, maintained, non-lapsing, revolving fund.

33. a. The authority shall establish and maintain the "Charter School and Renaissance School Project Facilities Loan Fund," which shall be a non-lapsing, revolving fund that shall serve as the repository of all monies used to support the loan program. b. All loans provided under section 32 of P.L.2023, c.311 (C.34:1B-21.39) shall be issued from monies held in the loan fund. All monies received by the authority from the repayment of loans and the interest thereon shall be deposited into the loan fund. L.2023, c.311, s.33.
