Official statutory text
15. If an applicant has submitted a completed program application that is pending approval by the authority on the effective date of P.L.2023, c.98 (C.34:1B-335.1 et al.), the applicant may withdraw the application at any time before the authority approves or denies the application. If the applicant withdraws the application, the authority shall return all application fees paid by the applicant, and the withdrawal shall not serve to prejudice the consideration of any program application submitted by the applicant thereafter.
