Services of local or Federal officials, acceptance of
Official statutory text
Subject to approval by the Public Health Council, the commissioner may accept the services of any local or Federal official or agency in such manner and in such capacities as he may deem appropriate. L.1947, c. 177, p. 805, s. 35.
