Action for penalty under section 26:1A-48

Official statutory text

The Attorney General shall prosecute the action for the recovery of the penalty prescribed in section forty-eight of this act when requested so to do by the commissioner, and when, in his judgment, the facts and the law warrant such prosecution. L.1947, c. 177, p. 811, s. 49.
